How do you pack and ship orders?

All orders will ship within 3 business days via USPS priority mail. I use recycled packaging materials whenever possible to lessen my environmental impact and keep shipping fees low. Shipping charges are necessary to cover the cost of shipping, and in most cases, do not cover packing materials and time.

I will email you when your order has shipped with your tracking number.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, orders can be picked up in Rindge. Using the code “PICKUP” at checkout will give you “free shipping.” You must contact Shana and schedule pick up within 1 week.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and for returning the piece in new condition. Refunds for the cost of the item only will be issued after arrival of returned item. Please send an email first if you would like to make a return.

Do you take orders?

I am not taking orders right now (December 2023) due to extended wait times. I probably won’t be wood-firing this winter.

Sometimes I am able to take orders for pieces you see which are sold out. Due to the nature of wood-firing, no piece can be exactly recreated. A piece of similar size, shape, design can be made, but it is the fire which adds a unique finish. Average wait time is 6-8 weeks, but it can take more or less time depending on where I am in my making and firing cycle. A 50% deposit is due at the time of ordering with the balance due upon completion. The best way to place an order is to email Shana.

Do you ship outside the continental US?

The shopping cart is set up only to ship within the continental US. I can ship elsewhere, but the shipping charges will be substantially higher. If you would like something shipped outside of the continental US, please send an email first so we can get an accurate shipping estimate before proceeding.
